These terms apply when you use this website, request a consultation or buy from the VCM online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The website is run by VCM The Skin Center, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
02Information, not medical advice
The skin guides, quiz results, product descriptions and post-care guides on this website are general information. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace a consultation with a licensed physician or dermatologist.
Results vary from person to person. Before starting a new product or treatment, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a skin condition, consult our clinic team. Stop using a product and contact us if you get irritation or a reaction.
03Consultations and bookings
- Sending a consultation request does not confirm an appointment. The clinic will contact you to confirm the date and time.
- Online booking through Sageware is subject to Sageware’s own terms.
- Treatments are only performed after an in-clinic assessment, and the final treatment plan and price are confirmed at the clinic.
- Please tell us if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another patient.
04Orders and pricing
- Prices are in Philippine pesos and include 12% VAT. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received, or for “Pay at the clinic”, once the clinic accepts it.
- Stock is held for you for a short time while you complete an online payment. If payment is not completed in time, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock is released.
- We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If we find a clear pricing error or an item is unavailable, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund of anything you paid.
- We may limit quantities or decline orders that appear to be for resale or fraudulent.
05Payment
We accept QR Ph, GCash, Maya and cards online, and payment at the clinic for pickup orders. Online payments are processed by our payment partner on its secure page. VCM never sees or stores your card or e-wallet credentials.
You will receive a private link to your order page. Keep it to yourself, since anyone with the link can view the order.
06Delivery and pickup
- We deliver to the areas listed at checkout. Delivery fees depend on your province, and delivery is free for orders of ₱2,500.00 or more.
- Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the courier, weather and holidays.
- Please check that your address and mobile number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
- Pickup orders can be collected at the branch you chose once we tell you the order is ready. Please bring your order number.
07Returns and refunds
For hygiene and safety, skin care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or e-wallet.
08Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. You agree not to:
- give false information in forms or orders, or order in someone else’s name without permission;
- try to get into areas of the website, accounts or data that are not meant for you;
- disrupt the website, send automated traffic or spam, or upload anything harmful.
09Our content
The VCM name, logo, photos, product names, text and design of this website belong to VCM The Skin Center or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10Other websites
Links to Sageware, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and our payment partner take you to services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
11Our responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, VCM is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using the website.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act and the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967), that cannot be waived.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first. If that is not possible, disputes will be brought before the proper courts of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, without affecting your right to seek help from the Department of Trade and Industry.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in effect when you placed it.
